  I have been working with C# for the last 2 1/2 years. I started with .NET 1.0 Beta. I think it is a fairly easy to learn and powerful language. MS did a good job with this one.
  
  I came from Java to C++ to VB to end up in C#.

    I just started with C# after my employer asked me to do a DB app. I looked around, and thought I was going to settle for doing it in Access (I know I know) but a friend of mine (who knew I was a good actionscript programmer) recommended C# with an SQL back end. Now I am 3 months in, and loving it!
    
    My C# is also helping me with my actionscripting. Now I am writing cool DB driven flash apps too!

  I joined this tribe because I am interested in expanding my skills and learning c#. I'm a VB person now and I've read about the more advanced functionality of C#.

  I've been doing C# for a little over a year now. It is a cake-walk compared to C++. Had plenty of classes in C++ in college, but never had any .NET training before. A little over a year ago, we switched over from doing ASP to ASP.NET and only learned C# from doing that project.
  
  I love it... couldn't or wouldn't go back to classic ASP with vbscript! Wish I had some more extensive knowledge of C# and .NET but end up accomplishing a lot of the same things over and over.

  Been a c/c++ from the gcc family fan for quite sometime but been doing web applications mostly. A few months ago a employer needed a simple VB project to be done in cohort with their asp site. I skimmed through C# for both apps and wallah! I'm hooked forever!

  I have been developing in C# for 5 years as well as VB .NET ( Boss made me do it! ). I have programed in the past using VB 6.0, Java, C++ a little, ASP, Javascript, VBSCript, and MS SQL.
  
  
  Been developing in general for 7 years.
